Six Flags Over Georgia will have extended hours next week as it expects a greater influx of customers for spring break.

The park announced several different events that will take place next week and through spring.

The park said it is introducing a new after-hours event, Scream Break, happening nightly, April 1-8.

Then, on April 1-9th, the park will have an Easter egg hunt for Looney Tunes and DC Super Hero characters.

On April 2, 9, and 16, the park will offer Low Sensory Sundays in recognition of World Autism Month. For these dates, the park will create a relaxing and less stimulating environment for the first two hours of its opening,

The park released the following statement to Channel 2 Action News responding to the fighting incidents:

Unfortunately, several groups of young people decided to engage in inappropriate behavior in more than one area of the park this evening. Their actions disrupted the park experience for our guests and violated our park policies; as a result, those involved were removed from the property. We have absolutely no tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Safety for our guests, and our team members, is our foremost priority. Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

Channel 2 Action News has reached out to the park to see if the park will add extra security in anticipation of larger crowds.
