As of 12:36 p.m., seven private houses are known to have been partially destroyed, Valentin Reznichenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast military administration said.

“The explosion caused a fire,” he reported.

“A woman was injured. She was pulled out from under the rubble and taken to the hospital.”

According to local law enforcement, Russians forces fired at houses in the residential sector in the Amur-Nizhnyodniprovsky District of the city.

Later, Reznichenko reported that there were six victims identified so far, and one woman is in a serious condition.

“The Russians targeted a peaceful quarter,” Reznichenko stressed.
