Skechers are a Yahoo reader favorite, and for good reason. The brand is the epitome of comfort, durability and style, all rolled into one affordable package. Skechers launched an exclusive Concept 3 collection at Amazon last year, and shoppers are still running, not walking, to get their hands on a pair. With all styles ringing in at under $50, it’s a budget-friendly way to grab new kicks for summer, fall and beyond.

The line isn’t just garnering the attention of shoppers — podiatrists are raving about the collection, too.

“The Concept 3 line offers comfortable options for walking shoes,” Dr. Nelya Lobkova, DPM at Step Up Surgical Podiatry in New York City, shared with Yahoo Life. “All sneakers have a rubber-type sole with cushioning.”

One pair that podiatrists particularly adore? The Alexxi slip-on sneaker, $46. Made of soft woven mesh, the kicks are made with comfort in mind.

Another plus? The sneakers are easy-on, easy-off: The Alexxi uses bungee-cord material instead of laces, plus a stretch fabric collar, so you can literally slide right in.

Stylish

The Alexxi sneakers are head-turners, too: A metallic panel on the heel gives them a glitzy touch. “These sneakers are comfortable without sacrificing style,” one shopper shared. “The rose gold accents on the dusty pink color is a nice touch. I find that some Skechers slip-ons are a little narrow, but thankfully these aren't. These shoes are perfect for running errands or even walking the dog. They're insanely comfortable without needing any break-in time.”

Incredibly comfy

One reviewer found them a perfect medium between fitness wear and house shoe. “Now that I’m working from home, I’ve been using my bar counter as a stand-up desk but I needed something comfortable on my feet,” a five-star reviewer noted. “I have worn Skechers in the past but it’s been awhile so I figured I would give these shoes a shot. They are incredibly comfortable — they almost feel like slippers.”

Nurse-approved

If there's anyone who appreciates comfort and support over the course of a long grueling workday, it's our modern-day Florence Nightingales. “I like this shoe, totally!” one RN wrote. “Nice looking, simple elegant lines and so cushioned and comfortable. The first time I wore them many people complimented me on my shoes and asked me where I got them! I spend many hours walking, running, twisting and turning. I’m going to get another pair in a different color.”
