It's a slow Black Friday morning across Sacramento

Black Friday was expected to have larger crowds in 2021 compared to 2020, but shoppers were not quick to rush stores across Sacramento Friday morning. Meanwhile, bottlenecks, due in part to shipping and trucker delays, are causing prices on items like televisions to soar, up to 17% marked up from last year, an Allianz Research representative told The Associated Press.
