Small Business Saturday and Pasta Dinner Benefit scheduled

BOLIVAR − The Community Business Association of Northern Tuscarawas County is hosting its inaugural Small Business Saturday and Pasta Dinner Benefit from 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday (Dec. 10) at the Wilkshire Event Center, 474 Jeanne Ann Lane.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Bolivar Food Pantry. If you cannot make it to the community event, the CBA encourages monetary donations to the local Bolivar Food Pantry, c/o the Bolivar United Methodist Church, 256 Poplar St., Bolivar, OH, 44612.

The schedule for Saturday is as follows:

  • 2-4 p.m.: Free cocoa/coffee/cookie bar (while supply lasts)

  • 2-7 p.m.: Small Business Sales (50/50 drawing – basket raffle tickets); winner need not be present

  • 4-7 p.m.: Pasta Buffet ($10 adults, $5 child (12 and younger). Carryout available. Catered by Kathy Stotzer Catering.

Coffee, cookies and hot chocolate are compliments of the Bolivar McDonalds, Bolivar Giant Eagle and the CBA.

Tickets for the benefit dinner can be purchased through any CBA member (cbatv.biz), or tickets will be available at the Zoar Market. Dinner tickets can also be purchased by mailing checks to CBA, P.O. Box 362, Bolivar, OH, 44612. All ticket sales will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate to the new Wilkshire Miniature Golf, which is directly behind the Wilkshire Event Center.

The CBA is still accepting vendors for this event. All local vendors, small business owners/entrepreneurs are welcome. There is no charge for vendors, but donations are appreciated. Reserve your table by calling 330-874-4149 or email readtosucceed@yahoo.com.
