A bear in Mary Esther, Florida, channeled his inner Yogi and made a smarter-than-average move on July 27, when it stood upright to roll a residential trash bin toward a home before bringing the bin to the ground to inspect its contents.
Brett Longo caught two bears on his driveway when his security system alerted him to the hungry visitors. He wrote: “Literally just got to work and my phone alerts me. Looks like a zoo in my driveway!”
Longo told Storyful that he had just got to work when he was notified that the security cameras were going off.
“I opened the app and saw a black bear bringing my trash can back up to the house. He eventually tipped over the can and started going through it all,” he said.
“The greatest part – my wife had thrown out some homemade lasagna the night before, which was passed over in favor of an Arby’s beef and cheddar sandwich wrapper.” Credit: Brett Longo via Storyful
