Smoke Rises From Scene of Nashville Explosion

A parked RV exploded in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, early on December 25, injuring three people and severely damaging buildings in what investigators say appeared to be an intentional act.

The explosion occurred outside an AT&T building on 2nd Ave N, prompting outages. Prior to the explosion, a recording blared a warning to those in the area to evacuate, video shows.

Police Chief John Drake said tissue that could be human remains was found near the site of the explosion and remained under investigation. The motive for the attack was not immediately clear.
