Smoke From Schneider Springs Fire Looms Over Small Community in Washington State
The Schneider Springs Fire burning in Washington state’s west grew to 99,398 acres on Thursday, September 9.
This footage shot by Steve Price on September 8 captures the view of the blaze’s smoke plume from Goose Prairie. Thick smoke can be seen billowing from mountains in stark contrast to an otherwise clear blue sky.
