S'mores lovers, your time has come.

Wednesday marks Girl Scouts of Central Indiana's fourth annual S'mores on the Circle with gourmet s'mores creations from notable chefs being sold for $5 each.

The event, celebrating National S'mores Day, will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis and is cash only.

These just aren't any old campfire treats. Chefs get to show off their creativity, putting them in the forms of truffle pops, tartlets, doughnuts, brownies and the like.

Among the goodies is Maxine's Whimsies from chef Hannah Thompson, of Maxine's on Green, a chocolate cupcake filled with marshmallow fluff, vanilla buttercream, toasted coconut and a chocolate drizzle.

This S'mores treat, a Chocolate Covered Cherry, is by Chef Jason Anderson, from Bon Appetit at Wabash College. This was one of the s'mores offerings during the Girl Scouts' S'mores on the Circle event, Friday, Aug. 10, 2018. The event celebrated National S'mores Day. Seven local chefs were featured, creating gourmet s'mores treats, sold as a fundraiser. Proceeds go for financial assistance for Girl Scouts, helping all girls who want to be a girl scout participating in hands-on adventures and STEM activities.

Chef Tyler Mulkey of North Mass Boulder turns in his Pistachio Trefoil Mint Citrus Chocolate S'mores, which incorporate a favorite Girl Scouts cookie with graham crackers, chocolate, blood orange puree, orange and marshmallow.

Other participating chefs include Steve Oakley (Oakley’s Bistro); Taylor Calvert (Levy Restaurants); Lauren Reed (The Farm at Prophetstown); AJ Feeney Ruiz (Books Bourbon Bacon); Erin Kem (Scarlet Lane Brewery); and Kyle Burnett and Keith Brooks (Second Helpings).
