Snow Arrives in Central New York Before Coldest Day of the Season

Lake effect snow moved across Nineveh, New York, on Tuesday, November 17, as scattered showers passed over central New York, the National Weather Service reported.

The city of Binghamton issued an advisory for occasional snow squalls across northern regions until 8 pm on Tuesday.
