Snow Falls in Brussels as Cold Snap Hits Europe

Snow fell in Brussels on Tuesday morning, April 6, with regular showers of sleet, snow or slush expected, according to forecasts from the Belgian Royal Institute of Meteorology (IRM).

The IRM said it expected one to five centimetres of snow above 400m and 5 to 10 cm in higher areas. In lower and middle Belgium, the IRM said, the snow may stick to the ground causing roads to be temporarily slippers.
