Snow Falls on San Gabriel Mountains in Los Angeles County
The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a winter storm warning for Los Angeles on Monday, December 28, as some areas prepared to receive more than half a foot of snow.
Total snow accumulations between six and 12 inches were possible above 5000 feet with “gusty” southwest winds, according to the NWS.
