Snow forces most Jersey Shore schools to delay Tuesday start times or close
Academy Charter High School
The school has a delayed opening and will begin at 10 a.m.
Asbury Park School District
Due to the forecast of an impending storm, the Asbury Park School District will have a two-hour delayed opening Tuesday.
Barnegat Township School District
Barnegat Township Schools will have a two-hour delayed opening Tuesday.
AM Vocational school is canceled.
Belmar Elementary
The school has a delayed opening and will begin at 10 a.m.
Berkeley Township School District
All schools have a two-hour delayed opening.
Brick Township School District
Brick schools will have a two-hour delayed opening Tuesday.
There will be no Before School Care (BEST).
Central Regional School District
All Central Regional schools will start 90 minutes late on Tuesday.
College Achieve
College Achieve Asbury Park Charter School, located in Neptune, has a two hour delayed opening.
Colts Neck School District
District schools will start 90 minutes late Tuesday.
Christian Brothers Academy
No school on Tuesday.
Donovan Catholic School District
There will be a 90-minute delayed opening on Tuesday.
Eagleswood Elementary
The school has a two-hour delayed opening.
Eatontown Public Schools
Schools have a 90-minute delayed opening.
Fair Haven Public Schools
The district has a delayed opening. Knollwood School will open at 10:00 a.m. with school beginning at 10:10 a.m. Sickles School will open at 10:20 a.m. with school beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Freehold Borough Schools
Due to icy conditions, schools are closed Tuesday. All after school and evening activities are canceled.
Freehold Township School District
All Freehold Township schools will start two hours late on Tuesday.
Schools will dismiss at their normal times, and there will not be an early dismissal as originally scheduled.
YMCA before-school care is canceled and all before-school clubs and activities are canceled.
Freehold Regional High School District
All Freehold Regional High School District schools will be delayed by 90 minutes.
Early schools (Freehold, Howell, Manalapan) will begin at 9:00 a.m. Late schools (Colts Neck, Freehold Township, Marlboro) will begin at 9:54 a.m.
Hazlet Township School District
The district will have a 90-minute delayed-opening schedule for Tuesday, January 16.
Henry Hudson Regional Schools
Henry Hudson Regional Tri-District Schools will operate on a two-hour delayed opening schedule.
Holmdel Public Schools
All Holmdel schools will start 2 hours late on Tuesday.
Lunch service is provided at HHS/W.R.Satz School when there is a delayed opening or early dismissal. Lunch service is NOT provided at Village and Indian Hill Schools when there is a delayed opening or early dismissal.
Hope Academy Charter
The school has a two-hour delayed opening.
Howell Township Public Schools
All Howell schools are closed Tuesday. All after school activities and outside community events will be canceled. The Police Athletic League Before Care and After Care Programs will be closed.
Jackson School District
District schools are closed Tuesday. There will be no transportation to any program, Ocean County Vocational-Technical School program, or out-of-district placement.
Keansburg School District
In anticipation of inclement weather, Keansburg announced the following delayed start times:
Keansburg Early Learning Center: 9:45 a.m.
Caruso Elementary School: 9:30 a.m. Doors Open at 9:15 a.m.
Bolger Middle School: 9:25 a.m. Breakfast: 9:00 a.m.
Keansburg High School: 9:05 a.m. Breakfast: 8:55 a.m.
Beacon (KHS): 9:05 a.m.
All staff report at 8:45 a.m.
Keyport Public Schools
All district schools will open 2 hours late on Tuesday.
Lacey Township School District
On Monday night, Lacey Township School District announced a 2-hour delayed opening Tuesday.
A.M. Vocational School is canceled.
All Before School Childcare programs will open at 8:45 a.m.
Lakehurst Elementary
The school will have a two-hour delayed opening. Class will begin at 10 a.m.
Lakewood Public School District
All district schools will start 90 minutes late on Tuesday.
Lavallette Elementary
The school will have a 90-minute delayed opening.
Little Egg Harbor School District
The district will have a two-hour delayed opening. Before care is canceled.
Little Silver Public Schools
The school district will have a two-hour delayed opening.
Long Beach Island Consolidated School District
The schools will have a two-hour delayed opening. LBI School will begin at 10:15 a.m. and Ethel Jacobsen School at 10:25. Half-day preschool is canceled.
Manalapan-Englishtown Regional
Due to snowy roads and ice, schools are closed Tuesday.
Manasquan Public School District
The Manasquan School District will have a two-hour delayed opening.
Manasquan High School will open at 9:34 a.m. and Manasquan Elementary School will open at 10:30 a.m.
Warrior Clubhouse Before School Care at MES is cancelled.

Manchester Township School District
Schools will have a 90-minute delayed opening.
Marlboro Township Public Schools
District schools will start 2 hours late on Tuesday.
Matawan-Aberdeen Regional School District
All district schools will open 90 minutes late.
Evening conferences for the middle school are canceled for Tuesday night and will be rescheduled. Middle school students and staff will follow the regular delayed opening schedule, and will not dismiss early on Tuesday.
Middletown Township School District
All schools will have a 90-minute delayed start Tuesday. All morning vocational classes are canceled, but all vocational students should still report at the delayed start time.
Millstone Township School District
Schools are closed Tuesday.
Monmouth Regional High School
The high school day will begin 90 minutes late on Tuesday.
Neptune City School District
The district will have a delayed opening on Tuesday.
Staff will arrive at 10:15 am and students will arrive at 10:25 am.
Neptune Township School District
All district schools will start 2 hours late on Tuesday.
Champions before care is also canceled.
Regular transportation services will be provided with morning pickup times delayed by 2 hours.
No breakfast will be offered.
Township of Ocean Schools
All district schools will start 2 hours late on Tuesday.
Plumsted Township School District
All district schools will be closed Tuesday. There will be no transportation for out-of-district special education, MATES, PAA or Vo-Tech students.
Point Pleasant Beach Schools
Schools will have a two-hour delayed opening.
Point Pleasant School District
District schools will be delayed by 2 hours on Tuesday.
AM childcare will be offered at Nellie Bennett and Ocean Road Elementary Schools beginning at 9 a.m. PM childcare is not affected and will proceed as scheduled.
Red Bank Borough Public Schools
The district will have a delayed opening. Red Bank primary school and preschool program will start at 10:40 a.m. Red Bank Middle School will begin at 10:22 a.m.
Red Bank Catholic
Red Bank Catholic is closed.
Red Bank Regional High School District
All district schools will open 2 hours late.
Roosevelt Public School
School is closed Tuesday.
Rumson-Fair Haven School District
The district will be running on a 90-minute delayed opening schedule.
Buses will be running 90 minutes after their usual time and students are to arrive at 9:10 am.
Saint Rose High School
St. Rose High School will operate on a remote delayed opening "A" day schedule with asynchronous learning on Tuesday. While the school building will be closed during the academic day, as of Monday night, all after-school activities and athletics are set to proceed as planned,
Shore Regional School District
Classes will start 2 hours late on Tuesday.
All vocational shared-time students will report to Shore Regional High School and will not be transported to a.m. vocational programs.
All Shore Regional students attending full-time, MCVSD academies will be transported to their school on a 2-hour delay schedule.
Southern Regional School District
Southern Regional schools will have a two-hour delayed opening.
Stafford Township School District
The schools will have a two-hour delayed opening.
School start times are as follows:
Intermediate School - 9:50 a.m.
McKinley Avenue - 9:50 a.m.
Ocean Acres Elementary - 10:45 a.m.
Primary Learning Center - 10:55 a.m.
Oxycocus Elementary - 10:55 a.m.
AM Extended Day and all AM enrichment classes are canceled.
Tinton Falls School District
The district will have a two-hour delay. Early Birds and AM preschool is canceled.
Toms River Regional Schools
All district schools will open 90 minutes late.
Tuckerton Elementary School
The school has a two-hour delayed opening.
Upper Freehold Regional School District
Upper Freehold Regional schools are closed on Tuesday.
Wall Township School District
Schools will open 90 minutes late on Tuesday.
If weather conditions necessitate a school closing, that notice will be sent out Tuesday morning.
