Snow Reduces Visibility in Oklahoma Amid 'Historical' Winter Weather

A snowstorm reduced visibility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as “historical” winter weather affected the region on Sunday, February 14, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

The NWS said all of Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas were under a winter storm warning amid a “historical winter storm and arctic cold air outbreak.”
