Snow Season Starts Early in Minnesota's Twin Cities Area

The snow season had an early start across much of Minnesota on Friday, October 14, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in the Twin Cities.

At 1 pm, the NWS reported 0.4 inches of snow at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and 0.3 inches at the NWS office in Chanhassen, about 16 miles southwest of Minneapolis.
