Snowballs Thrown at Police in Portland

Police in Portland said officers were “pelted with icy snowballs” during a protest on the night of February 12-13.

Police said around 30-50 people marched to the Central Precinct, where they shouted at officers and threw objects.

Video by Brendan Gutenschwager shows snowballs being thrown at officers outside the police building. He also documented damage to a number of storefronts.

No arrests have been made and no one was injured, police said. Credit: Brendan Gutenschwager via Storyful
