Snyder faces subpoena, Goodell speaks to 'toxic' environment

The House Committee on Oversight and Reform planned to subpoena Washington Commanders' owner Daniel Snyder during a hearing on June 22 to investigate the team's "toxic" work environment. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell testified and said he had no responsibility to ensure Snyder appeared before the committee.
