Soccer scoreboard: Cherokee Bluff girls blank West Hall

Jan. 31—Cherokee Bluff's Genesis Gamez had five goals and an assist in a 10-0 win against West Hall on Tuesday.

Amelia Dovie added three goals and three assists for the Lady Bears.

Eva Martin tallied a goal with four assists for Cherokee Bluff.

JOHNSON BOYS 3, HABERSHAM CENTRAL 1: Andres Galacia, Daniel Trujillo and Ramon Aguilar each tallied a goal as the Knights (1-0) opened the season with a win over the Raiders on Tuesday in Mount Airy.

Trujillo also added an assist, while Juliann Pimentel doled out two helpers for Johnson, which is back in action Friday against Flowery Branch in its home opener.
