Jul. 5—North Cobb Senior Center, 3900 South Main Street inside Kennworth Park in Acworth, will have Social Security: Securing Today & Tomorrow on July 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Seniors can learn more about the history of Social Security, how to qualify for retirement benefits, how social security determines benefits, how age affects one's benefit amounts, auxiliary and survivor benefits, how to apply online and an overview of Medicare. Presented by Cobb RSVP.
