Highlights: The Hooks scored five runs in the 10th inning behind home runs by Cesar Salazar and Edwin Diaz to help secure an extra-inning win against the Sod Poodles at Hodgetown Stadium. Amarillo and Corpus Christi went to extra innings tied at two before Salazar and Diaz went deep off of Justin Lewis in the 10th. Salazar and Joe Perez combined for four hits, including two extra base hits and five RBI to lead the Hooks. Derek West earned the win in relief after pitching 2.2 scoreless innings with five strikeouts. It was Salazar's second consecutive game with a home run to give him eight on the season.
