When you're Sofia Vergara, you pretty much have the entire beauty world at your disposal. You know: I see it, I want it, I got it, vibes. And judging by her insanely flawless complexion, we had assumed that, maybe she's born with it, but more likely, she owes it all to a reallll spenny skincare collection - after all, last year she was the highest paid TV actress, taking home a cool $42.5 mil (same). I digress.

We always love it when, a woman who has OPTIONS, joins us down in the Boots' aisle (metaphorically, we can't imagine Sofia spends her her weekends in Boots) and buys high street products. Well, not only does Vergara do just that, turns out she washes her face with none other than Cetaphil's Gentle Skin Cleanser, which comes in at a delightfully affordable £9 squid.

Seriously, what can you even by for 9 pounds these days? Like, a bunch of muslin cloths? Inflation, you're killing us. The star revealed this juicy goss in a recent interview with Who What Wear, before kindly disclosing the other heroes within her bathroom cabinet. But before doing so, she shared her reasons for settling on 'the one'.

"Unfortunately, because of the high-heat lamps on sets (and I live on a set), I've developed rosacea. I've been struggling with that for six or seven years. It's hard because I get really red, so I've realised that I've had to treat my skin like sensitive skin, where I didn't before."

She went on to say that, before developing the skin condition she was rather experimental: "I used to love products and would try anything. You name it-you tell me to put cement under my eyes, and I'd try it. But unfortunately, now all the fun is gone for me. I can't really wear rich moisturisers or rich oils. Now I have to keep it simple."

How does she look after that otherworldly complexion? With a super simple routine. "I'm very religious about taking my makeup off every night. No sun. I mean, it's no mystery.... Sleeping enough. Don't drink too much. Don't be in the sun without sunblock. Take your makeup off."

And it's not just Cetaphil's cleanser that's got her hooked, she also uses the eye make up remover. "Cetaphil cleanser and eye makeup remover. I try different ones all the time, because people recommend me stuff, especially in this business. But the basic stuff works best for me."

So, there you have it, folks. You needn't take out a small mortgage for your skincare - nope, follow in Sofia's footsteps and go back to basics. ££ doesn't always = :D.
