Office-sharing start-up WeWork, once a Wall Street darling, is bleeding cash in the wake of its unsuccessful IPO. Now, Softbank – which owns one-third of the company – is preparing a financing packaging that could relieve WeWork of its burden while further sidelining its founder and former CEO, Adam Neumann.
