Soldier surprises wife just in time for birth of their first child

Dr. Harold Leroy Rahming of the US Army National Guard was not scheduled to get back from deployment in Iraq until late October, which meant he was going to miss the birth of his first child in mid-September. However, instead, he managed to return to Oak Lawn, Illinois, early and surprised his wife while she was in labor.

Hours later, the couple welcomed a baby boy.
