‘Somebody’s gonna die’: Video shows man drive at Gaza protesters in Sunnyvale, brandish knife

(KRON) — Protesters gathered outside a Lockheed Martin research facility in Sunnyvale on Thursday morning were nearly hit by a man who drove his car at them, video obtained by KRON4 shows.

The demonstrators were there to protest against the United States sending weapons to Israel. The video shows the man stop his car short of the protesters before he pulled a knife out of his pocket and threatened them.

“Get out of the way or somebody’s gonna die,” the man can be heard yelling at protesters.

The man claimed in the video that he was rushing because he had to get to work. The end of the video shows the man getting into his car without hurting anybody.

The protest began outside the Lockheed Martin building at about 6 a.m.

KRON4 has reached out to Sunnyvale police for more information about this situation and is awaiting a response.
