Something on the Menu: Virginia Beach restaurants offer festival specials

The Virginia Beach Restaurant Association is getting your taste buds ready for Something in the Water.
It’s hosting Something on the Menu, a dining event Sunday through April 30 in partnership with the SITW music festival.
Restaurants will offer an appetizer, beverage, brunch/lunch, dinner entrée and/or dessert — subject to change daily — to get locals and visitors in the festival spirit. For example, Rockafeller’s Restaurant has boom-boom shrimp, barbecue shrimp and crab cake combo, and a pineapple upside-down martini on its menu.
So far, 15 restaurants have signed up. Check their websites for specials and make a reservation or two.
