Natalie Coggins, 61, was shot once in the head at around 9:25 p.m. inside her home at 160-46 121st Avenue in Jamaica, police said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.

Dashawn Coggins, 36, was arrested and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said.

Police did not say what led to the deadly shooting.

“The investigation remains ongoing,” the NYPD said.

Neighbors were alerted to the deadly shooting by the wailing of a woman, apparently Dashawn’s sister, outside.

“I heard the yelling and the screaming,” Kim Smith, 58, told The Post Saturday morning, adding she was told the sister claimed Dashawn had declared, “I killed mommy!”

The younger woman wouldn’t comment when reached for comment.

In Chinatown, a 55-year-old man was hospitalized Friday night after two thugs sucker-punched him in the face on Eldridge Street, near Hester Street, cops said.

The victim, who is of Asian descent, was walking along the sidewalk when he was attacked. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition following the 8:15 p.m. assault.

There have been no arrests.

The suspects were described as a 25-year-old man with a light complexion and blonde hair and a man in his 20s with a dark complexion, police said.

The incident follows a spate of sucker-punch attacks citywide.

Blood was also shed in Brooklyn late Friday night when a man was stabbed in the torso at the Cypress Hills Houses on Sutter Avenue, cops said.

The “uncooperative” victim was taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition following the 11:40 p.m. incident.

There have been no arrests.
