An impressive lineup of rock's heavy hitters will take the stage at Historic Crew Stadium in May, when the Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival makes its Columbus comeback after a three-year hiatus.

Set for May 25-28, the festival's headliners will be Foo Fighters, Tool, Avenged Sevenfold and KISS. Additional performers include Godsmack, Rob Zombie, Queens of the Stone Age, Puscifer, Suicidal Tendencies and numerous others.

“It’s great to be coming back to Columbus,” event producer Danny Wimmer said in a press release. “FooFighters, Tool, Avenged Sevenfold, KISS plus 75 more, it’s our biggest lineup ever! There is so much historyat Historic Crew Stadium, it truly is the heartbeat of rock for many of us … the excitement surrounding the returnof Sonic Temple is unparalleled!”

General admission pass prices vary, with sales starting at noon Friday at sonictemplefestival.com. Pass options include field general admission, field VIP and stadium general admission, all available as weekend or single-day passes. In addition, through Jan. 31, passes can be purchased for $10 down, with layaway payments through April. For a full description of passes and pricing, visit the event website.

Renamed from Rock on the Range, Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival drew an estimated 41,000 people per day during its last Columbus event in 2019, according to organizers.
