The legendary Italian actress, 85, stepped out on Sunday night for the 2019 Governors Awards in Los Angeles, where she joined Hollywood's biggest stars in kicking off the 2020 awards season.
Loren was a total bombshell in a black velvet gown with a plunging neckline, exaggerated shoulders bejeweled detailing along its hemlines. She paired her glamorous dress with diamond and gold jewelry and her signature cat-like eye makeup.
The actress was joined by her daughter-in-law, Sasha Alexander, who is married to Loren's son, Edoardo Ponti.

Loren was at the Governors Awards, which was just her third red carpet event in 10 months, to present an honorary award to legendary director Lina Wertmuller, who she worked with for the first time 40 years ago.
"She is passionate, playful, honest and brilliant. She is all those things and more," Loren said during her tribute, per Deadline. "She is an artist who has made history by being herself."
While Loren stole the show as the night's glitziest star, there were more than a few other celebs in attendance on Sunday evening: Jennifer Lopez, Saoirse Ronan, Dakota Johnson, Meg Ryan and Regina King were also all on-hand for the first event of awards season.
