South Beach food festival announces lineup for 2024. Here’s how to get your tickets

The lineup is here. All that’s left is to decide what you want to eat, who you want to see — and get your tickets.

The 23rd annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival has announced its schedule for 2024, and its website is live for the annual browsing of culinary events, which include intimate dinners, walk-around tastings, master classes, appearances by Food Network stars and events under the big tents on Miami Beach.

The latest incarnation of the four-day festival runs from Feb. 22-25, 2024 and will include more than 500 chefs and wine and spirit producers.

As usual, Capital One cardholders get first crack at the tickets at 9 a.m. Oct. 30. General tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Nov. 6.

Highlights include the annual competition Burger Bash, this year hosted by Rachael Ray, and Diners and Drive-Ins and Dives Live with Guy Fieri. Last year’s Burger Bash was won by Motek Israeli restaurant for the second year in a row for its beloved Arayes burger. In 2024, a new king may be crowned.

The popular Best of the Best walk-around event at the Fontainebleau is back, too.

The festival’s annual tribute dinner, which will be hosted by Ray at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel on Feb. 24, honors chefs Massimo Bottura and Luca Garavoglia. Bottura’s first venture into Miami, a new location of his Michelin-starred Torno Subito Italian restaurant, is scheduled to open on the rooftop of the Julia & Henry’s food hall in downtown Miami.

Some of the new events at the 2024 festival include Noche Cubana, hosted by Michelle Bernstein, David Martinez and Gio Gutierrez and The Art of the Punch Room cocktail celebration by Matador Bar, which will only sell tickets in groups of four.

There are also new courses, such as an Israeli breakfast masterclass by Sam Gorenstein of Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen and a Basque-cheesecake making class with Chef Carlos Garcia of Leku.

All proceeds from the festival benefit the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University.
