The South Bend Cubs will begin a three-game series to decide the Western Divisional Championship of the 2022 Midwest League Playoffs Tuesday night (7:05 p.m.) at Four Winds Field.

The Cubs clinched the second half Western Division title Sept. 3 at home and will meet first-half champion Cedar Rapids in a best-of-3 series.

The Cubs, which won the Midwest League title in 2019, ironically concluded their regular season this past week at Cedar Rapids, going 2-3 against the Kernels.
