South Korean soloist YOUHA says ‘love you more,’ in first ever EP
South Korean singer-songwriter YOUHA dropped her debut EP “love you more,” on Thursday.
The digital release of the new EP is led by the title track “Last Dance” and comes with 4 B-sides: “Satellite,” “Flower Rain,” “We” and “NUMB.” With other songwriting credits to her name, such as for LOONA's “Paint The Town,” JUNNY's “Sober” and VICTON’s “What I Said,” it’s no surprise that YOUHA composed and wrote every song for her latest music project.
In a press release from Universal Music Korea, the title track “Last Dance” is described as the artist’s “final invitation to her loved one before they accept an anticipated ending.” The song’s message is that “love is not always about being confident of the positively magical moments but at times about being confident of who you are even during a tragic breakdown.”
This is YOUHA’s latest release in almost a year following her single album “Sweet-Tea,” led by the title track “ICE T.” Prior to the release of "love you more," she dropped several singles such as “Cherry On Top,” “Island” and “Abittipsy.”

From 2010 until 2019, YOUHA was a trainee under YG Entertainment. She was reportedly slated to join the girl group “Future 2NE1” with artists such as Moon Sua of Billie, Fromis 9's Seoyeon, and Purple Kiss' Chaein, but the group never made their official debut. YOUHA left YG Entertainment and signed with Universal Music Korea in September 2020.
A physical version of “love you more,” will be released on Sept. 1 and also include three of YOUHA’s previously released title tracks.
