South Plains College to crown Miss Caprock 2023-24 on Nov. 15

LEVELLAND – The 65th Annual Miss Caprock Scholarship Pageant is slated for 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Tom T. Hall Production Studio.

The winner of the pageant will receive a $750 SPC Scholarship. The first runner-up will receive a $500 SPC Scholarship. The event will feature six contestants who have been nominated to represent an academic department, student club or campus organization.

Lindsay Boatright, coordinator of new student program at SPC, will serve as the Mistress of Ceremonies.

Trista Stanley, 19, is a sophomore Agricultural Communications major from Levelland. She is the daughter of Russ and Shonnie Stanley of Levelland. She represents SPC Campus Ambassadors.

Miller
Miller

Cailee Miller, 20, is a sophomore Business major from Levelland. She is the daughter of Curtis Miller of Amherst and Lorie Marquez of Levelland. She represents the SPC Cheerleaders.

Jimenez

Marisela Jimenez, 20, is a sophomore Criminal Justice major from Lubbock. She is the daughter of Erineo Jimenez of Lubbock and Maria Jimenez of Lubbock. She represents Criminal Justice.

Gomez

Joanna Gomez, 19, is a sophomore Business Administration major from Plains. She is the daughter of Rafael and Yolanda Gomez of Aguascalientes, Mexico. She represents Juntos Somos Mas.

Dobson

Brittan Dobson, 19, is a freshman Pre-Dentistry major from Levelland. She is the daughter of Scott Dobson of Levelland and Amee Dobson of Levelland. She represents the SPC Cheerleaders.

Kallie Ketcherside, 18, is a freshman Human Development and Family Studies major from Ropesville. She is the daughter of Tanner and Keila Ketchersid of Ropesville. She represents Baptist Student Ministry.
