Southeastern University recently announced that the Rev. Jeanette Salguero has been appointed as the executive director of the Carrión Hispanic Leadership Center.
Salguero has provided consulting for governmental agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, as well as the American Psychological Association, SEU said in a news release.
Southeastern named the Rev. Dr. Gabriel Salguero as the distinguished fellow for the Carrión Center. In that role, he will lead the development and management of the center’s educational programs and contribute his efforts to the achievement of enrollment goals, the release said.

The Salgueros serve as pastors at The Gathering Place, a Latino-led, multi-ethnic Assemblies of God congregation in Orlando. Gabriel is the founder and president of the National Latino Evangelical Coalition, and Jeanette serves as the coalition’s vice president.
