Southside police search for missing juvenile
UPDATE: Southside police say the missing teen has been located.
Southside police began searching Thursday night in the Berkley Hills Road area for a missing 14-year-old, according to Chief Blake Ragsdale.
The teen, described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 93 pounds, wearing blue jeans and a red flannel jacket with a hood, left his home on Berkley Hills Road at about 6 p.m. Thursday, Capt. Jay Freeman said. He said first responders would be in the area searching for the boy and asked anyone with information about him to contact the Southside Police Department at 256-442-2255 or 911, or email jayfreeman@cityofsouthside.com.
