Southwest Ohio with 14 U.S. Lacrosse All-Americans plus All-Ohio teams announced

Southwest Ohio high schools had four teams in the state lacrosse semifinals this spring with Mariemont's girls bringing home the Division II championship trophy. In addition, Mariemont's boys, Sycamore's Division I girls and St. Xavier's boys were among the final four teams that finished as regional champions.

Among those squads are 14 U.S.Lacrosse All-Americans. Between boys and girls, Mariemont had three selections. St. Xavier, Loveland and Milford's boys all had two representatives.

In All-Ohio balloting,  Sycamore's girls had three Division I first-team selections. Mariemont dominated Division II with the boys placing six on first team and the Lady Warriors five.
