A southwestern Sioux Falls home topped Sioux Falls area sales for the week of April 25 after being sold for $1.65 million.
The five-bedroom, and four-and-a-half-bathroom home at 2208 W. Cherrywood Circle offers 5,334 square feet on nearly 1.5 acres of land, according to Realtor.com. The house was built in 2007 and also features seven living areas, a four-stall garage, a karaoke room, home theater and a 21-foot living room ceiling.
