Captain Sergio Busquets tested positive for the coronavirus and it means Man City's Rodri Hernandez will be the likely substitute for him in the midfield.
Aymeric Laporte, who switched nationalities from France, is set to partner Pau Torres in defence while Marcos Llorente should be a lively threat at right back.
