Spanish Police Disperse Large Crowd Not Adhering to COVID-19 Rules
Barcelona’s municipal police force, Guardia Urbana, dispersed almost 5,000 people from the Passeig del Born area on June 5 during a police operation that aimed to ensure COVID-19 rules in public spaces were being followed.
Video footage shows a large crowd partying along the Passeig del Born, with police making some arrests. There were also clashes between police and those present.
