Spanish town paints Kobe Bryant on basketball court
The project is the work of Catalan artist Llukuter.
Drone footage provided by city council on Wednesday (October 6) showed how the court was painted over several days with the help of the Balaguer basketball club.
Bryant's former teammate at the Lakers, Catalan player Pau Gasol, who announced on Tuesday (October 5) that he is retiring from the sport after a 23 years, said on Twitter that "Balaguer is a beautiful city and now it is even more so with this tribute to Kobe."
