If you're a fan of Marie Kondo's organizing method—the process of eliminating anything from your home that doesn't spark joy—then we have some good news for you: The popular Japanese organization expert just launched an e-commerce shop at konmari.com.
Kondo, who also has a binge-worthy Netflix series entitled Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, is giving consumers access to a selection of elegant lifestyle products that she relies on in her everyday life. The line includes three different categories: decor and living; tidying and organization; and tabletop and entertaining. From black and white steel trays to corral small items to understated glass storage containers and sleek white serving platters, Kondo's items are meant to "inspire a joyful lifestyle." Prices range from $9 for an all-purpose household cleaner to $220 for a large serving bowl. Among Kondo's favorites are a $75 tuning fork, incense for $16, and a donabe (a ceramic Japanese pot) for $180.
According to Kondo, the thoughtful collection of products are designed for those who have already gone through the challenge of purging their homes of clutter, keeping the items that really add true meaning to their lives. "My vision is for everyone to enhance their life," Kondo tells ED. "These items will be used after they are all done with the KonMari method of tidying up."
