Spartanburg schools announce Wednesday will be e-learning day for students

All Spartanburg County School districts 1-7 will have another eLearning day Wednesday, January 19 to account for icy conditions on roadways after the historic winter storm in the Upstate.

The National Weather Service has issued a weather statement regarding the potential for black ice in the area which will likely develop tonight and persist into Wednesday morning.
