"Out of an abundance of caution for our bus riders and student drivers, District 4 will continue with e-Learning for Friday, Jan 21," Spartanburg County District 4 announced on their social media sites.

Secondary roads are improved but still patchy in many areas across the county. The National Weather Service is predicting temperatures near freezing during the day Friday.

Spartanburg school districts 1-7 are all approved eLearning districts, therefore Tuesday-Friday school closures will not result in students and faculty having to make up those days at the end of the year as instruction will be provided by teachers to their students.
