Hi Barbie! The summer of Barbie has been undeniable, from the box office numbers to the cultural, pink phenomenon. You can now indulge in a Barbie-themed spirit at Riverhouse, 260 W. Water St. Their drink of the month is the delightfully pink Tropical Barbie, with pineapple vodka, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice, shaken over ice.

Medium at Stoneforge in September

Stoneforge Tavern and Publick House, 90 Paramount Dr., Raynham, will be hosting medium Nicole Botelho on Monday, Sept. 25. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $60 per ticket, which includes a cocktail. Not everyone will get a reading. For tickets, call 508-844-8002.

Try some dinner specials at The Local Eatery, 16 Wareham St., Middleboro. Recent specials include Mexican street corn shrimp tacos: three flour tortillas filled with Cajun lime shrimp, slaw, roasted street corn salad and a chili lime crema, served alongside rice salad. Vino’s Family Cafe on vacation

Vino’s Family Cafe, 503 Winthrop St., Rehoboth, is taking a little break. They’re on vacation through Aug. 22. They plan to reopen on Wednesday, Aug. 23, at 11:30 a.m., ready to once again feed hungry customers.

Weekend specials at Uncle Ed’s Front Porch

There’s plenty to choose from among the latest weekend specials at Uncle Ed’s Front Porch, 116 Winthrop St., Rehoboth. This upcoming weekend’s specials include a bbq rib sandwich: slow-cooked St. Louis ribs, bones removed, glazed with honey bbq sauce, and served on a bulkie roll with pickles. They’ve also got seafood specials, like whole-belly clam rolls, lobster rolls, fish and chips with chowder and clam cakes, and wholly-belly clam platters. For an ice cream special, try the fresh peach sundae, with two scoops of ice cream, homemade fresh peach topping, nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry. Ice cream is available every day from noon to 9 p.m.; the kitchen is open Tuesday from 3 to 7 p.m. for Taco Tuesday, Friday from noon to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 3:30 to 8 p.m.
