Spiked Dunkin' Iced Coffee? It's coming to a package store near you next month

Rhode Island runs on iced coffee.

But what about spiked iced coffee?

Dunkin' is releasing Dunkin' Spiked Iced Coffee and Ice Teas, with the iced teas hitting the shelves this month and the coffee coming in September. Don't worry though, these won't be sold at drive-thru windows, and instead will be available at package stores. Rhode Island is one of 12 states where the new drinks will debut.

The coffees will have an ABV of 6% and the iced teas will have an ABV of 5%.

“We knew we had the opportunity to create something special when we saw the positive response to our previous seasonal collaborations for Dunkin’-inspired beers. The growing appetite for adult beverages inspired us to put a twist on our customers’ favorite Dunkin’ Iced Coffee, Iced Tea and Refresher flavors,” Brian Gilbert, vice president of Retail Business Development at Dunkin’, said in a press release.
