Apr. 16—Nine gymnasts from the Jamestown Gymnastics Club will be competing at the upcoming regional gymnastics meets.

Gymnasts competing at level 6 and level 8 will be headed to Bettendorf, Iowa this weekend to compete against teams from North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The gymnasts practice three to four hours at least three days of the week all year long. During the competitive season, gymnasts will travel to six different meets around North Dakota and surrounding states.

Mady Guscette, Jasmine Houmann, Aubrey Krapp, McKenna Pettys and Lydia Stoterau will be competing for level 6 honors while eighth-grader Julia Skari will be battling it out at level eight.

Jozie Davis, Hayden Olson and Anna Roemmich will be representing the JGC's Xcel Gold team at the regional meet slated for April 23-25 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
