Nov. 11—WC fall to NC

FARMERSBURG — The Washington Catholic Lady Cardinals travelled to Farmersburg to take on North Central and it dropped a 70-32 game to the Thunderbirds. WC scoring was led by Mya Cline who had a 22 points.

WJHS takes 2

PRINCETON — The WJHS Lady Hatchets played their first road games of the season at Princeton on Thursday.

The seventh grade (2-0) had a good start never trailed in the contest, leading 18-8 and closed out with a 42-23 victory on the road.

The eighth graders moved their record to 1-1 with a 42-16 win. The eighth grade girls had great start and never looked back as the Lady Hatchets led 29-4 at half time.

Viking 7th, 8th dominate

MONTGOMERY — The B-R seventh and eight grade boys both won over Wood Memorial.

The seventh by a score of 48-9. Leading scorer for B-R was Owen Wehmeier with 10 points followed by Draden Bowling with nine.

In the 8th grade game, it was Barr Reeve 53-27. B-R was led by Miller Thompson with 17 while Ben Lester had eight, Carson Yoder with seven, Kierson Lengacher with six, four Vikings with three points each, while Cameron Knepp, and Pierce Yoder also scored.

B-R 5th, 6th win

MONTGOMERY — In Viking fifth grade action, Barr Reeve beat White River Valley 43- 1. Noah Cumings led the Vikings with 14 while four others had four each.

In the sixth grade game, Barr Reeve won 41-4 with Hudson Nideigh leading the way with 10 points, Maddox Wagler had nine and Kohen Armes had seven.

ND falls to NED

DUBOIS — The Lady Cougars fell to 2-1 after a loss to Northeast Dubois on Thursday, 57-18.
