Friday, Feb. 17 games to watch

Women's college basketball: Utah at Arizona, 7 p.m., Pac-12 Networks

Utah is No. 4 in the country and Arizona is No. 18. This could be a very intriguing Pac-12 contest.

Men's college basketball: New Mexico at San Jose State, 8:30 p.m., CBSSN

Something tells us that this Mountain West game is worth keeping an eye on with New Mexico 19-7 and San Jose State 16-10.

Men's college basketball: Abilene Christian at Grand Canyon, 9 p.m., ESPNU

Grand Canyon gets an ESPNU game to show off its fans. GCU beat Abilene Christian 75-73 earlier this season.

Saturday, Feb. 18 games to watch

Men's college basketball: Indiana at Illinois, 10 a.m., ESPN

The Big Ten standings are jumbled, with the top seven all close in conference play and both of these teams still very much alive in the NCAA discussion.

Men's college basketball: Tennessee at Kentucky, 11 a.m., CBS

Kentucky is on the NCAA bubble. A win over Tennessee would be big for the Wildcats.

Men's college basketball: Iowa State at Kansas State, noon, ESPN

Both of these teams are ranked and in the middle of the Big 12 conference race, which continues to be very intriguing.

Men's college basketball: Baylor at Kansas, 2 p.m., ESPN

Speaking of ranked, both of these teams are in the Top 10. The winner gets a boost in the Big 12 regular season title chase.

NHL: Capitals at Hurricanes, 6 p.m., ABC

Want to watch some outdoor hockey? This Stadium Series game is your chance.

Men's college basketball: North Carolina at NC State, 11 a.m., ESPN

Crazy to believe that its North Carolina on the NCAA bubble entering this game.

Women's college basketball: Colorado at Arizona, noon, Pac-12 Arizona

This matchup features ranked Pac-12 opponents. Colorado beat Arizona earlier this season, 72-65.

NASCAR: Daytona 500, 12:30 p.m., FOX

Alex Bowman and Kyle Larson get to start on the front row for this huge NASCAR race, that always seems to produce some "wow" moments.

Men's college basketball: Memphis at Houston, 1 p.m., ESPN

Houston is in first in the AAC, while Memphis is in second. Can Memphis upset Houston in this one?

PGA Tour Golf: The Genesis Invitational, 1 p.m., CBS

The final round of this golf tournament could provide some fireworks.

Women's college basketball: South Carolina at Ole Miss, 2 p.m., SEC Network

Can anyone beat South Carolina this season? Ole Miss is 13-1 at home, so maybe it has a chance?

NBA: All-Star Game: Team Giannis vs. Team LeBron, 6 p.m., TNT, TBS

This year, the captains are drafting their teams right before the game. As always, expect a lot of scoring in this one, with defense entirely optional.
