Taylor Swift, of course. She was also named the top artist for the U.S. as well.

She has dominated every space of pop culture this year. She sent millions into a frenzy last year over snagging tickets to her critically acclaimed “The Eras Tour"” and proceeded to perform to packed stadiums multiple weekends in a row. She's accidentally taken over Sunday night football due to her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. She's now earned millions from her concert movie that gives fans a front seat to her world tour.

"I just wanted to say to anyone who listened to my music this year, anywhere in the world, thank you," the popstar wrote on X. "Getting named Spotify’s Global Top Artist in 2023 is truly the best birthday/holiday gift you could’ve given me. We’ve seriously had THE MOST fun this year out there on tour and now this."
