Spring attraction: Hidden Lake Gardens' Spring Flower Bulb Show runs through March 26

While spring-like weather has taken its time in arriving in southeastern Michigan, it is in full bloom at Hidden Lake Gardens near Tipton.

The nature preserve at 6214 W. Monroe Road (M-50) is having its Spring Flower Bulb Show until Sunday, March 26. Daffodils, hyacinths, tulips, amaryllis and other spring flowers are on display inside the conservatory.

Hidden Lake Gardens is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from March 11-26, closed on Mondays. The entry fee — $10 for adults; $8 for seniors 65 and older, active-duty military and veterans; and $5 for students — gives access to all garden attractions, including the bulb show. Children 4 and younger and HLG members can enter for free.
