Indianapolis may not have been your first guess, but it's among the top-trending destinations for stays this spring, according to Airbnb. The city is hosting the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine through March 6. And there's lots more to explore, from the winding Canal Walk and Indianapolis Cultural Trail to a wide range of museums like the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and the Eiteljorg Museum, which centers on Native Americans and the American West.
